Providing comprehensive protection benefits for customers, BIDV MetLife Life Insurance Company implemented a Financial Assistance Program for customers who unfortunately tested positive for SARS-CoV-2.

- Benefit amount: Up to VND25 million per customer. - Terms and conditions: Individual customers who are Policyholder and the Main Driver and meet the following conditions: (i) Possession of a valid insurance policy issued by BIDV MetLife. (ii) Having Medical Proof of confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 issued by a competent medical facility between 1 May 2021 and 15 July 2021. - Deadline for receiving financial support package: Up to 60 days from the date of being tested positive for SARS-CoV-2.
